Home Care Packages (HCP)

With Holicare's homecare package, you receive personalised support options tailored to your specific needs by our highly qualified staff, depending on your health and physical condition. We will endeavour to provide you with everything you need to optimise your health and physical condition within the comfort of your home. Our exemplary care and dependable service will be provided by highly skilled nursing and, personal care staff....we can even help with your garden maintenance. At Holicare, no request is either too small or too big - they are all equally important and we will respond to the satisfaction of our clients.

Short-term Restorative Care (STRC)

Short-term restorative care provides a range of care and services for up to eight weeks (56 days) to help prevent or reduce if you are having difficulties completing everyday tasks. It aims to improve wellbeing and independence to help you continue living in your own home and can be accessed twice in any 12 month period. With Holicare, a case manager can help identify and implement health and social care services to optimise your health, your quality of life and your active participation in the community, with a short or long term focus.

Private Funding

Holicare offers a wide array of home care services ranging from transport, physio and respite care, among others. We cater to the elderly and those with disability by providing them with innovative solutions to alleviate their health conditions and improve their quality of life. We provide disability care that is specifically tailored to each individual client, having regard to the peculiarity of his/her health conditions and other circumstances. This personalised disability care ensures that the client can continuously integrate not only within their household, but within the broader community as well.

This private package will be customised depending on your specific needs and requirements. Should you need professional help at home, our highly skilled and industry-trained staff will be more than happy to assist you with a range of services such as meal preparation, nursing care and home care assistance.

DVA Community Nursing

The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) provides a range of community nursing services to assist veterans and war widows/widowers to continue living in their home.

Holicare is an approved DVA community nursing provider. If you are eligible to receive DVA nursing services, we are available to meet your clinical and personal care needs.
