The Australian Government subsidises the cost of home support services that you receive in the comfort of your own home. What you need to pay depends on the services you require and, in some cases, your financial situation.
Check your eligibility and apply
Register for My Aged Care by calling 1800 200 422 or by submitting an online application.
Face-to-face Assessment
After submitting your application, you will be scheduled for a face-to-face assessment which will be completed in the comfort of your own home.
Get Assessment Results
The person conducting your assessment will provide you with recommendations, referrals, and packages that best suit your needs and circumstances.
Arrangement with Holicare
Arrangements will be made for Holicare to provide you with the services recommended by your assessor, subject to your consent and approval.
